The town centre of Tesimo with its shops and restaurants is just a 10-minute walk away. Many ski resorts and winter walking trails are within easy reach, such as the St. Vigilius Mountain and Merano 2000. In the Christmas period you can visit the enchanting Xmas Markets of the region, for example the “Thalerhof Marktl” in Lana or the well-known Christmas Market in Merano with sweet melodies, lights, delicacies and handicraft products.

Important information for your winter escape
Some notices you should know when booking your chalet or apartment in South Tyrol
Important information:
- Prices are intended per person and per day, VAT included.
- Rates DO NOT include the tourist tax of € 1,70 per day and person (over 14 years).
- On the day of arrival your accommodation is available from 2 pm. On your departure the accommodation has to be left within 10 am.
Children reductions in the chalets:
- Children 0 - 4 € 10,00
- Children 4 - 15 € 30,00
- Children over 15 € 45,00
Final cleaning in the chalet:
- The final cleaning ist included in the tariff. If an extra cleaning is necessary, we charge from € 30,00 to € 60,00.
Dogs:
Pets are accepted only on request at the price of € 18,00 per day without food. A sleeping equipment (cover, basket...) must be provided by the guest. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant room, in the spa area or in the lawn.
Cancellation policy:
- More than 3 months prior arrival: no penalties
- 3 to 1 month prior arrival: 40% of the booked stay
- 1 month to 1 week prior arrival: 70% of the booked stay
- In the week prior arrival: 90% of the booked stay
- Late arrival, early departure and non-arrivals will be charged in full as booked.
Trip cancellation insurance
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
