Important information for your stay in our chalets

Some notices you should know when booking your chalet in South Tyrol

Important information:

  • Prices are intended per person and per day, VAT included.
  • Rates DO NOT include the tourist tax of € 2,60 per day and person (over 14 years).
  • On the day of arrival your chalet is available from 2 pm. On your departure the chalets have to be left within 10 am.
  • The final cleaning ist included in the tariff. If an extra cleaning is necessary, we charge from € 30,00 to € 60,00.

Children reductions:

  • Children 0 – 4 € 10,00
  • Children 4 – 15 € 50,00 | Breakfast € 10,00
  • Children over 15 € 60,00 | Breakfast € 22,00

Dogs:
Pets are accepted only on request. A sleeping equipment (cover, basket…) must be provided by the guest. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant room, in the spa area or in the lawn. Per day 18,00 € without food.

Regular cancellation policy:

  • More than 3 months prior arrival: no penalties
  • 3 to 1 month prior arrival: 40% of the booked stay
  • 1 month to 1 week prior arrival: 70% of the booked stay
  • In the week prior arrival: 90% of the booked stay
  • Late arrival, early departure and non-arrivals will be charged in full as booked.

Trip cancellation insurance
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung’s travel insurance.
